Program Terms & Policies

Inside Out is a group coaching program costing a base price of $797. By enrolling you are committing to completing your full payment plan. This program operates under a no refund and no cancellation policy — all payments are non-refundable and all payments are required regardless of participation level or progress within the program.

Should a payment fail or be missed, you will be removed from the program and lose access to all materials, calls, and community spaces until your account is brought current. Access will be reinstated once outstanding payments are made.

Upon completing your program you will retain access to all course materials for twelve months from your original enrollment date.

Live Group Calls

One live group calls is held each week, for a total of 8 calls. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any call due to unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduled calls will be scheduled again as soon as reasonably possible. Should a call be cancelled and rescheduled, I will work with the group to ensure we are able to make up our call time, even if it means I need to schedule 2 makeup calls.

Program Refunds

Refunds are not available as a standard option and are granted solely at my discretion for extenuating circumstances. If you are experiencing a situation you believe warrants a refund please reach out directly and we will discuss a solution together.

Results Disclaimer

Results from participation in Inside Out will vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and level of engagement. No specific financial or business outcomes are promised or guaranteed. I am committed to providing the support, tools, and guidance outlined in this program to the best of my ability, but your results are ultimately determined by your own participation and implementation.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, templates, calls, and resources within Inside Out are my sole intellectual property. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of any program content in any form without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Community Conduct

Inside Out is a program built on biblical Christian values and a standard of mutual respect, encouragement, and good faith participation is expected of every member. Conduct that is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit and values of this community is grounds for immediate removal from the program. In the event of removal for conduct reasons, all remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for payments already made.

Account Access

Your enrollment in Inside Out is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials and program access are for the enrolled individual only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund.
